10 Interesting Hidden Facts in ARR Songs

Here are some interesting hidden facts from A.R.Rahman songs.

1. Unni Krishnan sang an aalap in the song "Mangta Hai Kya" from Rangeela in the ending portions.

 

2. Being a strong competitor in the same era, singer Sujatha sang as a chorus singer to the song rendered by Chitra. The song is "Kannalanae.." from Bombay. "Gumsuma Gupuchhu" is the chorus bit.

 

  3. Hariharan sang the second interlude small bit "Sajni' in "Minsaara Poove" from Padayappa.

4. Richa Sharma made a secret  background rendition "Rabba Ve"in Punjabi language for a Tamil song "Sengaathhi" in Tajmahal.

 

5. ARR created a record of using his own whistles throughout the first interlude in the song "Thoda Thoda Malarnthathenna" from Indira.
